Privacy notice

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number and a description of your project or enquiry, along with the page you were on and the page that referred you to this site. We do not ask for anything else, and there is nothing on this site that collects information from you unless you submit the form.

How we use it

Form submissions are emailed to us so that we can reply to you. We use the information for that purpose and no other.

Where your request asks for a quote, pricing or supply, we may pass the details you submitted to a small number of manufacturers, distributors and suppliers who are able to fulfill it, so they can contact you directly. We share only what you submitted, only with suppliers relevant to your request, and only for that request. We do not sell your information, we do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not reuse it for any other purpose. If you would prefer your request not to be passed to suppliers, say so in your message and we will handle it directly instead.

Analytics

This site uses Vercel Analytics to count page views. It is cookie-less and reports aggregate traffic figures only. It does not build a profile of you or follow you across other websites.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry emails are kept only as long as they are useful for handling your enquiry and our records. If you want your details removed, reply to any message from us and ask, and we will delete them.
